Dukhan Bank introduces Samsung Wallet to enhance customers’ purchasing experience
DOHA, QATAR; November, 2022: As part of its ongoing endeavor to exceed customer expectations, Dukhan Bank has launched Samsung Wallet, a mobile payment solution that enables customers to make secure contactless payments at several online, on-site and in-store outlets around the world by swiping their home screen and selecting their Dukhan Bank card as they go.
Samsung Wallet is another addition to Dukhan Banks’s D-Pay contactless payment platform that provides clients a secure, fast and convenient mobile payment experience for in-app, in-store and online purchases. The latest Samsung devices work at all your favorite places, making Samsung Wallet the most accepted mobile payment solution.
To protect customers card information from theft and fraud, Samsung Wallet uses digital tokens and a safe user authentication on every purchase through fingerprint, pin number or iris scan. What’s more is the app is secured with Samsung Knox technology to add that extra layer of safety for all customers.

To activate Samsung Wallet, customers can download the Samsung Wallet App from Galaxy Store, log in to their Samsung account directly from Samsung Wallet App to set their PIN and fingerprint, then tap on ‘add card’ and scan or manually enter their card number.
For in-store purchases, customers can swipe up from their device home screen to launch their preferred card, verify their fingerprint and then hover the device over the card reader to pay.
