Our Corporate Finance Experience 
We have an active capital markets team and have recently participated as MLA in Almana’s 5-year sukuk and Dubai Ports and Free Zone Works (DP&FZW) USD syndicated loan.  Dukhan Bank is the agent bank for the Islamic traunch of Doha Festival City’s QAR3.5bn syndicated loan.

The team has extensive experience in handling corporate finance transactions including syndicated loans, Sukuks and IPOs.
