Terms and Conditions
This campaign is open to:
Qatari salaried customers, and
Expatriate salaried customers with a monthly income of QAR50,000 and above
New customers referred under this program will receive 5% cash bonus on their first credited salary, provided it is successfully deposited into their account. Cash bonus will be credited to Tharaa Savings Account or on valid credit card
Existing customers who refer eligible individuals will receive DAwards based on the first salary credited to the referred customer’s account. The reward will be processed only after the second salary has been credited.
The DAwards granted to the referrer will be based on the successful onboarding and overall banking relationship of the referred customer with Dukhan Bank.
The reward amount will be determined after the second salary is credited, with a maximum cap of 100,000 DAwards per referral
The referrer must provide consent on Dukhan Mobile that:
Referred customer is aware that their contact details have been shared with Dukhan Bank.
Referred customer has agreed to receive a call from a Dukhan Bank representative.
Referral rewards will not be credited unless the referred customer meets the defined eligibility criteria.
Referral can be made through Dukhan Bank mobile application only
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of the State of Qatar shall have jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes arising in connection with this campaign
Customers can redeem DAwards points in various ways through participating merchants under the Dukhan Bank DAwards
To earn DAwards points, customers must have active relationship with Dukhan Bank
