Liquidity Provision

Dukhan Bank has entered into Liquidity Provision (LP) agreements for its shares listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange, in accordance with the LP scheme approved by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA).

LP services, from the approved providers, is as follows:

QNBFS: from 27 February 2023 till date;
CBQFS: from 15 March 2023 till 28 February 2025; and
Wasata: from 13 March 2023 till 12 March 2025.

The LP service is intended to improve liquidity by facilitating increased market depth and trading volumes in shares issued by Dukhan Bank.

The LP reports will be provided on a quarterly basis:
